SPAIN (PENINSULA Y BALEARES, CANARIAS, CEUTA, MELILLA, ANDORRA)    

Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over 150€. We offer free local delivery within  specific areas for a minimum order over 50 € and local delivery pick up on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10:00-2:00 pm.

INTERNATIONAL (countries outside the EU)

Some countries may require the customer to support customs charges in order to receive your order. We can’t predict if you will have duties taxes nor their amounts. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs or back-end charges.

DELIVERY   

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. SusanHappy is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control. 

There is no packaging due to ecological aspects. Packaging is a current reality of our industry and we’re taking steps to eliminate, reduce, reuse or recycle where possible. We used recycled paper envelopes.                                                        

RETURNS

The return or the exchange of the items will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your shipment. After 14 days, all sales are final and products cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unwashed, and must retain all tags and its original packaging. Please exercise caution when trying on your garments, returns of dirty or stained items will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a service with tracking capability, or by certified mail. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Susanhappy is not responsible for shipping or duty reimbursement on international orders and for packages that are refused by the customer and will not be able to process refunds for these orders. If your items are abandoned due to your refusal or inability to pay customs charges, you will not be eligible for a refund on your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Masks are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit. Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. Occasionally, orders or part of orders are cancelled by us for availability issues or because we cannot ship to the address provided. In this case you will receive an email which with the reason for cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.     

Please keep in mind when you make your purchase that fewer returns equal a lower carbon footprint!!! 💚

EXCHANGES

We are not able to process exchanges within the same order. If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, color, or size you will need to return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and all associated duties and fees.
