CAN I ORDER A SIZE OR A COLOUR THAT IS OUT OF STOCK? We try not overproduce for ecological reasons, and sometimes we run out of a size on a product. If you can’t find the size or the color that you want, we can make it on demand in the next production order if the color is still available. We do this in order to reduce any unnecessary waste. If any piece that you like is not offered in a color that you want or even if you don’t see the color here and have it in your mind, please let us know at susanhappyinc@gmail.com
WHAT SIZE DO I BUY? We offer most of the garments in Bamboo in two sizes, due to the highly adjustable nature of the fabric 1 (XS/S/M 36-38-40 ) 2 (M/L/XL 40-42-44) You can also see our sizing guide at the bottom of the Home page.
WHEN THE E-SHOP IS CLOSED, CAN I ORDER ANYTHING? Let us know by email the pieces are you interested in and will let you know when will be available to ship. When is closed, we will be travelling and working for you 😎
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE of BAMBOO GARMENTS? We recommend you to wash your garments in cold water on a delicate wash cycle and not tumble dry. Do not wring or bleach, air-dry flat and use preferably steam iron. Taking better care of our clothes will help them last longer which in turn helps reduce the amount of clothing going into landfills. Washing at cooler temperatures and air-drying is friendlier for the planet and your garments.
CAN I BUY ONLINE AND PICK UP MY ORDER? Buy Online and Pick Up is available at selected areas. You can look at this option at check out.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, we ship worldwide, except Russia. The shipping fees are automatically calculated depending on your shipping destination when you are in your shopping basket. Please note that customs and duty charges may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country. We are not responsible for the cost of duties on international shipments (countries outside EU)
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Yes, you can follow your order at Correos with your tracking number.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS? Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive if within Europe. International orders normally ship within 5-14 days. However, certain countries may have longer processing time. Please allow up to two weeks for international shipments.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? If you placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact susanhappyinc@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once we process the order it cannot be cancelled.
CAN I RETURN MY MASK IF I DON´T LIKE THE FIT? Due to the close-to-the-body nature of masks we don’t accept returns.
